Experience & Philosophy
Serhii Kozin, PhD is a fitness trainer and physical therapist who helps people get stronger, fitter, and train without injuries. He works with beginners and active people who want to feel confident in the gym and see steady, realistic progress.
Serhii has several years of experience working in a rehabilitation clinic, where he helped clients recover after injuries and improve movement quality. In parallel, he teaches at a university, which helps him stay up to date with modern training, rehabilitation, and movement science.
He also specializes in scoliosis correction and has worked extensively with children, teenagers, and adults with postural problems. His training sessions focus on proper technique, strength, muscle hypertrophy and gradual progress, making fitness safe and effective.
He believes that good training should be simple, structured, and sustainable. His goal is to help clients build strong, healthy, esthetic bodies and feel better in everyday life — not only in the gym, but in daily life as well.
