Certified McGill Method Practitioner
Paul Bielak has over three decades of experience in martial arts, fitness, strength & conditioning, and applied movement sciences. His career spans work and study in Canada, Japan, Brazil, and across Europe.
In search of a system that bridges injury prevention and performance, Paul found the McGill Method to be the most effective and scientifically grounded approach. He now uses it as the foundation for all client programs.
Paul continues to study directly with Dr. McGill and delivers Back Mechanic seminars and workshops for trainers, companies, and the general public across Central Europe.
