  • How much does it cost to train at Advance Training?
We offer options for both individual sessions and long-term programs, so you can find what works best for your goals and schedule. You can view all pricing details on our Prices page.
  • Can you help with back pain, neck pain, or posture issues?
Yes. Many of our clients come to us with chronic pain, poor posture, or stiffness from sitting. Our coaching is tailored to your body’s needs and focuses on restoring proper movement patterns. While we’re not a medical clinic, we often work alongside physiotherapists or chiropractors and help clients build strength and confidence in their bodies long-term.
  • How long does it take to see results?
Every body is different, but many clients feel noticeable improvement in posture, pain, or mobility within the first few weeks. Long-term change (like reducing chronic back pain or fixing poor movement habits) takes time — but we’ll guide you every step of the way. You’ll leave each session knowing exactly what you’re working toward and why.
  • Do you give exercises I can do at home or at work?
Yes. We want you to feel better not just in the gym, but in your daily life. Depending on your program, we’ll give you simple home exercises or reminders you can use at your desk, in your commute, or during stressful days — especially if you're dealing with stiffness or pain from sitting.
  • Do I need to be fit or athletic to start?
Absolutely not. Many of our clients come to us with limited mobility, low energy, or no fitness background at all. Whether you’re just getting started, dealing with chronic pain, or looking to improve performance, we’ll meet you where you are and build from there.
  • What if I’ve had back surgery or a herniated disc?
We’ve worked with people post-surgery and with past disc injuries. As long as you’ve been cleared by your doctor to move, we’ll start from wherever you are now. Our training is adapted to your body and focused on safe, progressive strength and mobility — never pushing through pain or forcing generic exercises.
  • What makes Advance Training different from a regular gym or personal trainer?
We don’t just count reps – we teach you how to move well. Our training is based on functional movement principles, focusing on posture, breathing, coordination, and strength that carries over into your daily life. Every session is private or semi-private, so you get full attention in a quiet, focused environment – not a noisy gym.
  • Do you offer one-on-one coaching or group classes?
We specialize in private one-on-one training and occasionally offer semi-private sessions (maximum 2 people) when requested. There are no group classes — every session is personalized to your needs and designed to help you make real, long-term progress.
  • What languages do you offer coaching in?
We offer sessions in English, Czech, and Polish, depending on your preference.
  • Is this the right place if I’ve already tried physiotherapy or chiropractic care?
Yes — and in fact, we often encourage combining therapies. Many of our clients work with a chiropractor, physiotherapist, or massage therapist alongside their training sessions here. We regularly refer clients to a trusted local chiropractor when appropriate, and they often refer people to us as well. While hands-on care helps restore alignment or release tension, our job is to help you build lasting strength and movement patterns so your body stays supported long after treatment. It’s not either-or — it’s about creating a long-term strategy that works for your body.
  • Do you offer rehabilitation after injury or surgery?
Yes – if you’re past the acute healing stage, we can help guide your return to movement. Our programs are built around what your body can do today, and we adjust as you improve. We work especially well for people who feel lost between finishing rehab and returning to full activity or sport.
  • Can training help with chronic back pain from sitting all day?
Yes. Many of our clients work at desks for long hours and experience chronic back or neck pain as a result. We’ll help you understand how your posture, breathing, and movement patterns contribute to the pain — and give you simple tools to reduce it over time. Our goal isn’t just to treat symptoms, but to help your body work better in everyday life.
  • What kind of results can I expect?
You can expect to feel more stable, mobile, and confident in your body. Our focus is on long-term, sustainable progress — not quick fixes. That means fewer flare-ups, better posture, improved breathing, and strength that supports your real life (work, hobbies, parenting, sports).
  • Where is the gym located and how can I visit?
Advance Training is a private gym located in Prague (6, Šafaříkova 167, Vinohrady, 120 00 Praha). Because it’s a closed studio, visits are by appointment only. You can book a consultation or trial session through our contact page.
