In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter also referred to as the “GDPR”), you, as data subjects, are hereby provided with the following information, in particular about (i) what personal data we collect, (ii) how we handle this data, (iii) on what legal basis we process personal data and for what purposes we use personal data, (iv) to whom we are authorized to provide this personal data, (v) what your rights are in the area of personal data protection, and (vi) where you can obtain information about your personal data that we process.

INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
Advance Training s. r. o., as the personal data controller, handles your personal data in accordance with applicable law and always in such a way as to ensure the maximum possible security of your data. The controller, Advance Training s. r. o., complies with the principles of personal data processing set out in applicable legislation and fully respects the highest standards of personal data protection.
Purposes of personal data processing. Legal basis for personal data processing.
The purpose of personal data processing is (i) to offer the business, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o., to send commercial communications, and (ii) for marketing communication and marketing research, including obtaining your opinion on your satisfaction with the performance/ services provided by Advance Training s. r. o. with the aim of improving the quality of the services provided and/or (iii) sending personalized offers of goods, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o. identified on the basis of the use of products, services, and websites of Advance Training s. r. o., or your behavior and personal preferences; for the purposes for which consent was granted. The legal basis for processing is the consent to the processing of personal data granted by the data subject pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR.
This mainly involves offering the business, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o. and disseminating commercial communications through various communication channels, such as by post, electronic means of communication (in particular electronic mail (e-mail communication), messages sent to mobile telecommunications devices via telephone numbers), or via telephone calls or the website of Advance Training s. r. o.
For these purposes, Advance Training s. r. o. processes your
(i) identification data, i.e. name, surname, title, date of birth
(ii) contact details, i.e. telephone number, e-mail address, contact address
(iii) other personal data, i.e. IP address,
Your personal data may be processed manually or automatically directly by employees of the controller authorized for this purpose and also by processors authorized by the controller on the basis of a personal data processing agreement.
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purposes of
offering the business, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o., which mainly involves offering the products and services of Advance Training s. r. o. and disseminating commercial communications through various communication channels, such as post, electronic means of communication (in particular e-mail communication, messages sent to mobile telecommunications devices via telephone numbers), or via telephone calls or websites, and
marketing communications and marketing research, including obtaining your opinion on your level of satisfaction with the performance/services provided by Advance Training s. r. o. with the aim of improving the quality of the services provided, you are not subject to any decision based solely on automated processing that would have any legal or similar significant effects on you or would affect you in any significant way; within the framework of the processing of your personal data by Advance Training s. r. o. for these purposes, no automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place.
If you provide us with personal data of third parties, it is your responsibility to inform the person concerned and obtain their consent to these personal data protection conditions.
In connection with the processing of personal data for the purpose of sending personalized offers of goods, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o. identified on the basis of the use of the products, services, and websites of the controller, or your behavior and personal preferences, you are subject to decisions based solely on automated processing, in particular profiling.
Automated decision-making, in particular profiling, will be carried out mainly in the form of (a process of) logical and/or algorithmic operations, whereby our system, based on your use of our company's products, services, and websites, or your behavior and personal preferences, will enable us to send you personalized offers that we believe will be of interest to you.
We also use your personal data to provide you with relevant content, i.e. content that is of interest to you. Based on legitimate interest, we process personal data that we process automatically and cookies. The significance of automated decision-making, in particular profiling, is that it allows us to send you personalized offers of our company's products, services, and products that may be of interest to you. In this context, we believe that through personalized offers of our company's products, services, and offers, we will be able to address you with offers that will appeal to you and that you will find interesting. For the same legal reason, we may send you e-mail and SMS messages as our customers.
As a result of automated decision-making, in particular profiling, you will receive relevant commercial communications from us as part of personalized offers, as our goal is to send you personalized offers of our company's products and services that will be of interest to you.
Advance Training s. r. o. informs you that the provision of personal data for the above-mentioned purposes is not a legal or contractual condition (legal or contractual requirement) for the conclusion of a contract. Therefore, you are not obliged to provide the personal data in question, nor to give your consent to its processing for the above-mentioned purposes. For the avoidance of doubt, we hereby inform you that granting consent is not our contractual requirement and is not a condition for the continuation of the contract (including the provision of services) between you and Advance Training s. r. o. We also hereby inform you that if you grant Advance Training s. r. o. consent to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to withdraw this consent at any time (for more details, see the section “Right to withdraw consent” in this Notice).

Retention period for personal data.
Your personal data will be stored by Advance Training s. r. o. for the following purposes:
- offering the business, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o. and sending commercial communications for a period of 10 years, or until you express your disagreement with their further sending.
- marketing communication and marketing research, including obtaining your opinion on your level of satisfaction with the services provided by Advance Training s. r. o. with the aim of improving the quality of the services provided for a period of 10 years, or until you express your disagreement with their further sending.
- sending personalized offers of goods, services, and products of Advance Training s. r. o. identified on the basis of the use of products, services, and websites of Advance Training s. r. o., or your behavior and personal preferences, for a period of 10 years, or until you express your disagreement with their further sending.
We also note that the personal data necessary for the proper provision of services, or for the fulfillment of all our obligations, whether these obligations arise from a contract between us or from generally binding legal regulations, must be processed regardless of your consent for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them (e.g., for tax documents, this period is at least 10 years).
Recipients, categories of recipients.
Your personal data may be made available to employees of the controller Advance Training s. r. o. if this is necessary for the performance of their work duties, which require the handling of your personal data, while complying with all security measures. Furthermore, your personal data will be made available to business partners who are involved in the processing of personal data of our customers and third parties (data subjects) who have given our company consent to process their personal data (these are so-called processors with whom the controller Advance Training s. r. o. has concluded a personal data processing agreement, such as processors who provide us with server, web, or IT services, or services for sending commercial communications. Alternatively, your personal data may be made available to third parties for other reasons in accordance with applicable law. The controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country outside the European Union or to an international organization.
YOUR RIGHTS RELATED TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA.
In relation to your personal data, you have, in particular, the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data at any time, the right to correct or supplement your personal data, the right to request the restriction of their processing, the right to object or complain about the processing of your personal data, the right to access your personal data, the right to request the transfer of your personal data, the right to be informed of a breach of the security of your personal data, and, under certain conditions, the right to erasure of certain personal data that we process in relation to you (the so-called “right to be forgotten”).
Right of access to personal data.
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed, and if so, you have the right to access this personal data and the following information about:
1a the purposes of the processing;
1b. the categories of personal data concerned;
1c. the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed;
1d. the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible to determine, the criteria used to determine that period;
1e. the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data, restriction of processing or the right to object to such processing;
1f. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Office for Personal Data Protection);
1g. any available information on the source of the personal data;
1h. whether automated decision-making, including profiling, is carried out, the procedure used, as well as the significance and expected consequences of such processing.
If personal data is transferred to a third country or international organization, you have the right to be informed about the appropriate safeguards that apply to the transfer. The controller will provide you with a copy of the personal data being processed. The controller is entitled to charge a reasonable fee based on administrative costs for additional copies. The right to obtain a copy shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to rectification.
As a data subject, you have the right to have the controller correct inaccurate personal data concerning you without undue delay. Taking into account the purposes of the processing, you also have the right to have incomplete personal data completed, including by means of providing a supplementary statement.
Right to erasure.
You may request that we erase data concerning you (however, the erasure will not affect data on documents that we are required to retain by law). If we need your personal data to determine, exercise, or defend our legal claims, your request may be denied.
As a data subject, you have the right to have the controller erase personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the following reasons applies:
3a. the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
3b. you have withdrawn your consent on the basis of which the data was processed, and there is no other legal reason for processing;
3c. the personal data has been processed unlawfully;
3d. the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation;
3e. the personal data has been collected in relation to the offer of information society services.
The right to erasure does not apply if there is a legal exception, in particular if the processing of personal data is necessary a) for compliance with a legal obligation which requires processing under Union or Member State law to which the controller is subject, or b) for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
Right to restriction of processing.
As a data subject, you have the right to have the controller restrict processing in any of the following cases:
4a. you contest the accuracy of the personal data – in this case, processing will be restricted for the period necessary for the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
4b. the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
4c. the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but you require this personal data for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.
If processing has been restricted, this personal data may, with the exception of storage, only be processed with your consent or for the purpose of establishing, exercise or defend legal claims, or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person, or for reasons of important public interest of the Union or of a Member State.
Right to data portability.
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain personal data concerning you that you have provided to the controller. Upon your request, the controller will provide you with the data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, or, upon your request, will provide it to another clearly designated controller, if technically feasible. The right to data portability does not apply to personal data that is not processed automatically.
The exercise of the right to data portability must not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.
Right to withdraw consent.
You are not obliged to grant Advance Training s. r. o. consent to process your personal data. You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data granted for the above-mentioned purposes (or some of them) at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the processing of your personal data prior to its withdrawal. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data by sending an email to info@advancetraining.cz or by calling +420 778 066 433. You can withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data (i) by sending a signed written notice of withdrawal of consent to the contact address of Advance Training s. r. o. or (ii) by sending a notice of withdrawal of consent by e-mail to the contact e-mail address of Advance Training s. r. o. specified above in this Notice. Please note that we are also entitled to process certain personal data for specific purposes without your consent. If you withdraw your consent, Advance Training s. r. o. will terminate the processing of the relevant personal data for the purposes requiring your consent, for which consent to their processing has been withdrawn, however, Advance Training s.r.o. may be entitled, or even obliged, to continue processing the same personal data on the basis of another legal basis (i.e., another legal reason).
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the law (including the GDPR), you have the right to lodge a complaint against the controller with a supervisory authority, the supervisory authority for the Czech Republic being the Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz). This does not affect any other administrative or judicial remedies provided for the protection of data subjects by applicable law.
