• I like to mix up trainings – these when you leave with sweat all over – and those which improve physical fitness and mobility – and leave you relaxed.
• I think that in the exercise one should be 100% present, 100% in. Not only physically but also mindfully.
• I believe in the harmony of body and soul. “Kalokagatia”. I believe in the fact that we should go for an overall health and a certain harmony of what we have inside and what is visible through the eyes.
• And I know that team work makes dream work.
